Welcome to Fugu Embroidery Co.! By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Orders and Custom Work

  • All items are custom made to order.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all personalization details submitted at checkout are accurate and complete.

  • Fugu Embroidery Co. is not responsible for errors in text, design choices, or customer submitted images.

Communication and Mock Ups

  • Custom embroidery is a collaborative process, and clear communication helps bring your vision to life.

  • After your order is placed, mock ups or follow up questions may be sent for review.

  • Customers are responsible for responding to messages and approving designs in a timely manner so production can move forward.

  • Delays or lack of response may impact turnaround times or result in the order being completed based on the information provided at checkout.

Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Due to the custom nature of all items, order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once production has begun.

  • Requests for changes must be submitted as soon as possible and may not be accommodated after mock up approval or once stitching has started.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes where required.

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase.

  • Standard orders are processed through Shopify Payments.

  • Bulk orders will be invoiced and paid through Square.

Bulk Orders

  • Bulk orders may require additional production time and are subject to availability.

  • Timelines will be communicated prior to invoicing and are not guaranteed until payment is received.

Live Events and On Site Services

  • Live embroidery and on site services are subject to availability and event specific agreements.

  • Setup requirements, timing, and pricing will be outlined prior to booking and must be approved in advance.

  • The client or venue is responsible for providing adequate space, power access, and a safe working environment.

  • Fugu Embroidery Co. is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or incomplete services caused by factors outside our control, including venue restrictions, power issues, weather, or guest volume.

  • All live event bookings are non refundable once confirmed unless otherwise stated in writing.

Shipping

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to production time, holidays, or postal delays.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Returns and Refunds

  • Because all items are made to order, returns and refunds are not accepted.

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and content on this site are the property of Fugu Embroidery Co. and may not be copied or used without permission.

  • Custom designs you submit remain your property.

  • Fugu Embroidery Co. retains the right to use images of completed products for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

  • Fugu Embroidery Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

  • Liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.

Delays Outside Our Control

  • Fugu Embroidery Co. is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including shipping carrier delays, supply chain issues, equipment failure, or acts of nature.

Changes to Terms

  • These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time.

  • The most current version will always be posted on our website.

  • We reserve the right to update prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
