What’s a custom request?
A special request is any custom idea that doesn’t fit a standard listing or bulk order. This could be a small quantity, a unique design, or something experimental from your imagination.
Why does a special request cost more?
Special requests often require extra setup, design prep, or unique materials. Because the machine is being dedicated to one-off work instead of standard production, the effort is higher—so pricing reflects that.
How is this different from a bulk order?
Bulk orders (10+ of the same item) run through standard production with set pricing and timing. Special requests require pulling the machine out of regular production, which can affect pricing and timing. Every project is reviewed case by case to see what’s possible.

Is my request guaranteed?
Not all ideas will work as envisioned. Some designs or fabrics may not be suitable for embroidery. I’ll let you know if a design isn’t feasible before you commit, so you don’t waste time or money.
