How long does my order take?
Turnaround time depends on the design, item qty, and order size. Most custom orders take 1 to 3 weeks. Event and rush orders may vary and will be confirmed before booking.
Will I see a proof before stitching?
For most custom orders, yes. If you would like a proof, just let me know after placing your order. Design creation is part of the creative process.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush availability depends on my current order queue and includes an additional fee. Since each item is made to order and stitched with care, availability is limited. Always reach out before placing your order if timing is tight.
Can you embroider items I provide?
Yes, in some cases. Items must be clean and embroidery friendly. Please contact me to review my customer provided item policy, as not all items are suitable for embroidery.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because items are custom and made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and I will do my best to help.
